Legal Disclaimer: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check and obey all local, state, and federal laws when using any type of surveillance equipment. All equipment is sold subject to all state and federal laws and regulations.

Cyberbugged.com reserves the right to make changes to the Cyberbugged.com web site and its Terms of Use and Legal Notices at any time. Each time you use the Cyberbugged.com web site, you should visit and review the current Terms of Use, Privacy Policy that apply to your transactions and use of this site. If you are dissatisfied with Cyberbugged.com’s website, its content or Terms of Use, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Cyberbugged.com web site.

Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.

Product/Display colors

Cyberbugged.com attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Cyberbugged.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, your order cannot be cancelled. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Cyberbugged.com’s Return Policy, located under company info.

Pricing Policy

Prices and offers are subject to change without notice. We do not honor refunds on previously purchased products and show a lowered price adjustments, discount, or marked down merchandise.

Sales Tax Policy

Cyberbugged.com collects and remits sales tax as required by U.S. law, for transactions on Cyberbugged.com.

Paying for Your Order

You may pay for your orders with PayPal or a major credit card issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card.

Credit Card Orders

Please be sure to provide your exact address and contact information. The information you give us must be the same that is provided on file from your credit card provider. If there are any inconsistencies, it could cause a delay on the processing and shipment of your order.

Generally, credit and debit card are not charged until we ship the item(s) to you, at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When paying for a preorder with a debit card you will be charged at the time you place your preorder. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

Cyberbugged.com may reserve funds up to thirty days depending on the bank. If you have any questions, please contact your credit card provider regarding their policy. If you are paying for an order with a debit card, make sure you are fully aware of any limitations on daily withdrawals.

You will receive an invoice for your order once the order has been charged. Please remember that this invoice is not your receipt, nor is it you order acceptance acknowledgement. Both the receipt and order acceptance acknowledgement are automatic and are sent to you by our system prior to the invoice.

Other Methods of Payment

You can also pay for your order using one of the following methods: Cashier’s checks, bank checks, company checks, or money orders. If you are paying for your order with one of these please call us to obtain more details.

**Be sure to title letter with “ATTENTION SALES”

Products bought with a bank or company check ship out only after the appropriate funds are released to Cyberbugged.com. This process could take up to 10-15 days after our receipt of payment. Any unpaid checks will be returned and subjected to a $40.00 returned check fee. Additionally, the check will be subject to an interest rate of 29% the amount of the check per year, or otherwise the highest interest rate permissible.

Cyberbugged.com would like to inform you that any orders being paid for by a method other than credit cards run the risk of losing availability of the purchased product while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared. Cyberbugged.com cannot reserve or guarantee continued availability of any product in our store.


Due to the efficient and speedy rate at which our orders are processed and shipped, at Cyberbugged.com we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Should you change your mind about ordering a product after the order has already been placed, please contact us at 1-866-292-3711 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and review our return policy under Help.

If your product has been shipped and has arrived to you without damage, and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for any and all costs of shipping and handling in both directions. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

Purchase of the any live GPS tracking system requires payment of the activation and monthly service fee upon purchase. At the time of the GPS purchase through Cyberbugged.com, you constitute and agree to the activation and monthly service fees chosen at the time of check out. To cancel any monthly service fees for a GPS service purchased through Bugged.com, we must have the cancellation request 15 days before the new billing cycle in writing or by email.

Using Promotional Codes

Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.

Using Gift Cards

Gift Cards, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. These cards will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. In the event the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the card, you will be required to use another card or a credit or debit card to pay the difference. Any amount charged to a credit or debit card will be treated as set forth above. In the event of a partial return of an order using both a gift card or Card and a credit or debit card, returned amounts shall first be credited to the credit or debit card, and any remaining balance will be credited back to the gift card or Card. Validating Your Order

After you place an order with Bugged.com using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card. Please refer to our refund policy under Help.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Cyberbugged.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Return Policy

All sales made through Cyberbugged.com are subject to Cyberbugged.com’s return policy. Please see Returns in our Help section.

Order Limitations

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

Cyberbugged.com may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Cyberbugged.com also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Cyberbugged.com  account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Cyberbugged.com reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.


All orders placed on Cyberbugged.com are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Cyberbugged.com’s shipping policies.

For your protection and our liability, we reserve the right to hold an order for further verification if there is a difference between the shipping address and the billing address. If the shipping and billing addresses are different, then we ask on behalf of your credit or debit card provider that you contact your credit or debit card provider and place the shipping address as a viable secondary address.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Termination of Use

Cyberbugged.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of Cyberbugged.com at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. Cyberbugged.com reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the Bugged.com at any time without prior notice.


Rentals are paid for the same way as purchases; they must be paid for entirely with a credit or debit card at the time of checkout, whether it is online or in the store. Prices vary depending on which rental package you decide is best for you: 10-day, 30-day, or 60-day (rental time starts the day after the item is delivered to you). Shipping dates and major holidays are excluded from the rental time. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the product is returned on time and in original condition will all components and accessories included to Cyberbugged.com. There is a required security deposit at the time of purchase which is used to cover damages and late fees. It will be charged to your card and left pending until we receive the item back on time and in proper working condition. 100% of your deposit will be refunded once the rented product has been returned to us and is has been confirmed to be in good condition. Extra charges will apply if a product is returned late or is damaged. If the item is late by more than 5 business days, returned damaged or dysfunctional, or not returned at all, your deposit is not refunded. Also, Cyberbugged.com reserves the right to withhold up to 25% of the deposit if the item is not returned in which it was sent to you, with all components all accessories included.

Rental Period Example:

If a rented product is delivered to you January 2nd for a 10-day rental, it is meant to be shipped back to us on January 13th. Shipping return label is provided by Bugged.com and is delivered along with the rented item.

We guarantee that all rental items have been tested and are fully functional before they are shipped to customer.
