These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Cyberbugged LLC DBA Bugged.com SMS Program, through which we provide transactional and informational messages. By opting in, you agree to these terms, which  comply with Wyoming laws and industry regulations.

1. Program Description
The program delivers SMS messages related to your interactions with Cyberbugged LLC DBA Bugged.com, such as order confirmations, appointment reminders, or service updates. Messaging varies based on your activity (purchases or requests), with an estimated range of up to 5 messages per week.

  • Opt-In: Text “JOIN” to +1 307-243-1904 or submit your phone number via our website (www.bugged.com/contact-us). Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation message: “You’ve successfully subscribed to Bugged.com SMS alerts. Reply STOP to opt-out; reply HELP for support. Message data rates may apply.”
  • Opt-Out: Reply “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation: “You have unsubscribed and will no longer
    receive messages from Bugged.com. To opt back in, text Join.”
  • Support: Reply “HELP” to any message for assistance. You will receive: “Thank you for contacting Bugged.com For immediante assistance, call +1 307-243-1904 or visit www.bugged.com.”
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participation is open to individuals who:
Are 18 years of age or older, or have verifiable parental consent if under 18, per Wyoming protection laws. Provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number under their control. Use a text-enabled mobile device compatible with standard SMS protocols.

3. Opt-In Process
To join the program:

Submit your phone number via our website (www.bugged.com/contact-us)

Opting in constitutes your acceptance of these terms and our privacy policy.

4. Opting Out
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply “STOP” to any message. You will be automatically unsubscribed
and receive a confirmation message. Alternatively, visit www.bugged.com/contact-us to unsubscribe via our web form.
Opting out of SMS does not affect other communication. 

5. Message Frequency and Scope
Messages are sent on an as needed based on your engagement with Cyberbugged LLC DBA bugged.com with an estimated frequency of up to five messages per week. Promotional messages require explicit consent and will not be sent without it.

6. Associated Costs
Bugged.com does not charge fees for the messages. However, your mobile carrier may apply standard message and data rates, which are your responsibility. 

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted Wyoming Law, Cyberbugged LLC DBA bugged.com shall not be liable for:
– Delays, failures, or interruptions in SMS delivery due to carrier issues, technical glitches, or unforeseen events.

– Damages or losses arising from your participation, except where prohibited by applicable statutes.

8. Modification of Terms
We may amend these terms at our discretion. The latest version will be posted at www.bugged.com/sms-terms-and-conditions, with the “Last Updated” date indicating revisions. Continued participation after changes reflects agreement to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by Wyoming law, with disputes resolved exclusively in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Through good faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
