Woman finds Hidden Camera in Bathroom Stall
This story comes to you from the great state of Louisiana. In Metairie, Jefferson’s Parish, Louisiana, a female employee discovered a hidden camera inside one of the stalls of a woman’s restroom at the Heritage Plaza office building. According to a member of the Jefferson’s Parish Sheriffs Department, the employee found the camera inside the bathroom stall sometime last month. Authorities say that they have arrested Frank Hill, Jr. after he confessed to the crime of placing the hidden camera inside the ladies’ restroom stall.
The camera was discovered around 12:30 AM on February 27th. According to the incident report, the unidentified employee was on a restroom break when she discovered the hidden camera inside the stall. The woman said in her statement that she noticed a strange, out of place white door hook for clothing on the back of the door that was placed at about the same height as the toilet.
She decided to take a closer look; when she inspected the door hook further, she spotted a small hole and what appeared to be a self contained hidden camera. She became highly alarmed and then reported her discovery to the proper authorities.
The woman first told one of her female colleagues about the hidden coat hanger camera. Frank Hill, Jr. was the night shift security guard, and had ironically just finished a smoke break with the same colleague to whom the victim reported, according to the official incident report. As the two employees stood outside discussing the matter, the second employee told investigators that Hill had allegedly said “There are a lot of you all at work tonight on the 14th floor,” possibly implying that he knew about the placement of the hidden camera.
The second employee did not give any credibility to her coworker’s story and brushed it off. However, the first employee convinced her to go and investigate the hidden camera herself. According to the report, before they entered the restroom with the hidden camera, they saw Hill walking out of the same restroom with the door closing behind him. When they entered the restroom stall to investigate the camera, they discovered that the clothes hook hidden camera was indeed gone.
The employee’s supervisor then contacted Hill’s employer, the New Orleans Private Patrol Service Incorporated. She called them only after Hill refused to release any kind of statement about the incident. The security farm then conducted an internal investigation into the matter. After yielding convincing evidence that it was Hill who installed the hidden camera into the stall in the woman’s restroom on the 14th floor, the New Orleans Private Patrol Service contacted the Sheriff’s department to arrest Hill.
Upon further investigation by the Sheriff’s Department, Hill decided to come clean and admitted to installing the hidden camera into the woman’s restroom. His crime sheet states that he was arrested on 18 counts of video voyeurism. In addition to the camera discovered on the 14th floor, Hill also admitted to installing another camera in a similar fashion on the first floor.
